My work merges my years of experience with Reiki, breath work, music as a healing modality, lithotherapy and nervous system regulation to assist you in achieving the inner peace and healing that you desire and deserve

My personal history with trauma/loss, raising a special needs child and caring for a disabled loved one equips me with insight, compassion and hands on experience that are invaluable when working with multiple healing modalities.
My healing/teaching studio is located in the heart of Minneapolis surrounded by 10 healing gardens. I host Reiki shares, healing tea ceremonies, classes, private lessons, cooking classes, sound baths and healing sessions here.
Reiki trainings take place the first weekend of each month.
